At Indie Bites, we aim to deliver your order in the freshest and fastest way possible.
1. Order Processing
* All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
* Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
* During peak sale periods, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.
1. Shipping Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are 2-8 Business days all over India.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier serviceability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other external factors.
1. Shipping Charges
* Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or above a certain cart value, as displayed on the website.
* For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping charges will be calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
1. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message/email along with tracking details, so you can monitor your order status in real time.
1. Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:
* courier partner issues
* high order volumes
* weather disruptions
* remote area delivery constraints
* public holidays or operational disruptions
In such cases, we request your patience and understanding.
1. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery Attempts
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at the time of placing the order.
If an order is undelivered due to:
* incorrect/incomplete address
* customer unavailable at the time of delivery
* repeated failed delivery attempts by the courier
the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges, if applicable, will have to be borne by the customer.
1. Damaged Package / Delivery Issue
If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the package and product, so we can review and assist you.
