In case you have any grievance regarding the products or our services, you can reach out to us at info@indiebites.in Our products being perishable food items, we will not be able to take returns of the same once they are delivered to you. For any issues with regards to your order, package condition at the time of delivery, freshness of the products, kindly write to us, we will look into it on priority. In case of issues with the products, we will try and send you a fresh batch purely on a case-to-case basis and the sole discretion of the same lies with the brand only.
